John Boddie has been accepted as an Expert Witness in securities trading (including the application of "UMIR") and other industry practices and procedures before:
- Canadian Courts
- Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC")
- Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada ("IIROC")
Mr. Boddie has prepared expert reports that have been accepted in civil arbitrations in BC and submitted reports to the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") in settlement negotiations.
